The 托国立图书馆学习中心 welcomes visitors. Visitors may read books and periodicals in the library or use the library's workspaces and wi-fi. Those with TexShare cards issued by another library may borrow materials. Scholars wishing to do research in the 心门特辑 and TSU Archives must provide photo identification.
At this time, services to visitors do not include use of computers, study rooms, printers, 设备或在线数据库, which are restricted to currently enrolled TSU students, 教职员工.
Those wishing to plan an event, reception or meeting in the library must complete an event form and obtain permission from the Library Director, Mrs. Haiying Li.

图书馆服务 and provides resources and services to meet the research needs of the distance learning community. Distance learning students have access to appropriate library resources.

The 托国立图书馆学习中心 supports the ACRL Framework for Information Literacy for Higher Education . Information Literacy skills are an essential part of our library instruction program. Elements of the framework for information literacy are infused into all library lectures, guides, and tutorials.
残疾服务:
The 托国立图书馆学习中心 supports guidelines set forth by 德克萨斯南方大学’s Student Accessibility Services Office (SASO) . Students with documented disabilities should coordinate services through that office and notify library staff when assistance is needed.
